Private by design

Your data stays yours.

Your clients' data stays theirs.

Your own private connection

A private connection per client

Your business gets its own connection, database and private link. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

Every client's data lives in its own locked database. Your agency link can read across them, and clients never see each other's data.

Read‑only

Your AI can read the numbers. It can't change stores, listings, prices or ads.

Never sold, never trained on

We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Sourced the right way

Official APIs, your own exports and licensed data providers. We never log into accounts we don't own or get around site protections.

Your accounts stay safe

  • You approve read‑only access in Shopify and each ad platform's official sign‑in
  • You approve read‑only access through Amazon's official authorization for Seller Central and Amazon Ads
  • We use the partner access you already have, and clients approve only what you don't manage
  • No passwords shared, and nothing scraped from your accounts
  • We can't change listings, prices, ads or orders
  • Revoke access any time from the platform's own settings
  • We never pull buyers' personal details from Amazon
  • Shoppers' personal details stay out of answers unless you ask for them
  • Each connection has its own private link that we can replace on request

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does my data get into ChatGPT and Claude?

We build a private connection using MCP, short for Model Context Protocol. It's the secure standard ChatGPT and Claude use to read outside data. You add the private link once, and the AI can read the numbers whenever you ask.

Can I trust the numbers, or will the AI make them up?

Totals are calculated in your own database, using the rules we set up with you, not guessed by the AI. Every answer says which data and date range it used, so you can check any figure before it goes into a decision or a client report.

Does my data go to OpenAI or Anthropic?

Only the figures needed to answer each question you ask, not your whole database. On business plans such as ChatGPT Business and Claude Team, conversations aren't used to train models by default, and on personal plans you can turn model training off in settings. We'll check yours on the call.

Does this fix attribution?

It doesn't replace your pixel. We measure from real Shopify orders: blended ROAS and cost per new customer across all spend, plus UTM‑matched orders per channel, with each platform's own claim shown alongside. You see where they disagree instead of trusting one. Ad spend is assigned to products by the campaigns that promote them, using a mapping we agree with you. Spend we can't tie to one product, like brand or catch‑all campaigns, gets its own line and is never quietly spread across products.

Do I still need Triple Whale or Polar?

Keep them if they work for you. We connect to Shopify and your ad platforms directly, and can also bring in reports from tools you already use. Every answer says how ROAS was measured, so it's clear how it compares with the numbers in your other tools.

Can my media buyer use it too?

Yes. Anyone you share your private link with can ask questions, as long as their ChatGPT or Claude plan supports custom connectors. We can replace the link any time, for example when a freelancer finishes.

We already pay for Triple Whale or Polar. Why add this?

Keep them if your team relies on them. We can bring their reports in alongside Shopify and ad data, so your team can ask across every client at once instead of logging into each dashboard. Every answer says how ROAS was measured.

Which Amazon fees do you count?

Referral and FBA fulfillment fees, monthly storage fees and aged inventory surcharges, low‑inventory‑level and inbound placement fees, returns processing fees, refunds, coupons, deals and promotions, and reimbursements, all from your settlement and fee reports.

Why does last week's ACOS keep changing?

Amazon Ads keeps crediting sales for days after a click, so recent numbers settle over time. Every answer says which date range and attribution window it used, so you know when a number is final.

Do I still need Helium 10 or Sellerboard?

Keep them. They give you a dashboard; we let you ask anything across Amazon, Amazon Ads, your Shopify store and your own cost sheets, like “Which search terms drove orders on ASINs that still lost money after storage fees?”, in the AI tool you already use.

Does everyone on my team need a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan?

Anyone who asks questions needs a plan that supports custom connectors, such as ChatGPT Business or Claude Team. Your clients don't need one unless you want them to ask questions themselves. We'll check what your team already has on the call.

Does this replace our Looker Studio reports?

No. Keep Looker Studio for the charts clients expect. Your team uses this to find what changed and why, then pastes the drafted summary into the report.

Can we start with one or two clients?

Yes. Most agencies start with one or two clients, see how the team uses it, then add the rest.

What happens when someone leaves my team?

Ask us to replace your agency link. The old one stops working straight away, and your team adds the new one in about a minute.

Which AI tools does it work with?

ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools that support custom connectors. In ChatGPT, adding a custom connector needs a paid plan such as Plus, Pro or Business. We'll check what your team already has on the call.

Will this put my Shopify or ad accounts at risk?

No logins are shared and nothing is scraped. We connect through the official Shopify, Meta, Google and TikTok APIs with read‑only access, and use licensed providers for public market data. You can revoke access any time from each platform's own settings.

Will this put my Seller Central account at risk?

No logins are shared and nothing is scraped from Seller Central. We connect through Amazon's official APIs with read‑only access, and use licensed providers for public market data. You can revoke access any time from your Seller Central settings.

Will this put my clients' accounts at risk?

No logins are shared and nothing is scraped. Meta, Google and TikTok connect read‑only through the partner access you already have. Shopify and Amazon need a one‑time read‑only approval from the client, which we send through you, never directly. Access can be revoked any time from each platform's settings.

How long does setup take?

Most builds go live in one to two weeks, depending on how many sources you have.

How long does it take to onboard my clients?

Each client goes live in one to two weeks. Ad accounts connect through the partner access you already have, so your team isn't chasing logins.

Are clients kept separate?

Yes. Each client gets their own connection, database and private link, so one client's data never appears in another's answers.

Why custom, and not an off‑the‑shelf connector?

Off‑the‑shelf connectors give the AI raw data from one platform. A custom connection joins all your channels, your own spreadsheets and your competitors' public data, and applies your definitions, so the answers match your own numbers.
